A pharmaceutical company, based in Athens, is currently recruiting for the role of Formulation Development – Technology Transfer Manager to expand its Product Development Team.

Role & Responsibilities

·  Develop and optimize formulation processes for solid, liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms.

·  Prepare and execute stability studies.

·  Prepare and compound pharmaceutical formulations.

·  Ensure maintenance of all formulation laboratory resources and equipment.

·  Review and maintain the technical files of the products under development.

·  Generate relevant documentation intended for the pharmaceutical development module of the dossier.

·  Manage technology transfer activities, including the transfer of formulation processes and knowledge from the research and development stage to manufacturing.

·  Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve formulation-related issues.

Experience & Qualification

·  Education to a post-graduate degree level in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, or similar scientific disciplines.

·  Previous experience (2 years) in a formulation development role or relevant laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

·  Knowledge of ICH guidelines and EU requirements of GMP.

·  Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·  Excellent English oral communication and scientific writing skills.
