Team Leader
Your responsibilities
■ Independent management of the Shop and the team of agents, with responsibility for revenues, results and personnel.
■ Coaching and mentoring of real estate agents in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
■ Acquisition and supervision of clients and properties.
■ Preparation and holding of sales presentations.
■ Conducting competitive analysis and primary research of the market - keeping the sales team updated of internal knowledge.
■ Contributing in creation of marketing plans.
■ Implementing the sales strategies plans.
■ Participating in the recruitment of new real estate agents.
Your profile
■ Bachelor degree or Diploma (Business studies will be considered a plus).
■ Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of the German language will be considered a plus.
■ Computer literacy.
■ Verified professional experience in the real estate sector with the
respective sales success.
■ Analytical skills - ability to work with numbers.
■ Strong leadership qualities.
■ Goal driven.
■ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
■ Adaptability and positive attitude.
