Delfi Real Estate is currently looking to recruit energetic individuals as Transactions Agents to join our high performing team in Athens.

Responsibilities:

• Collect information about a property including but not limited to dimensions, sqm, photographs, etc. 
• Maintain close communication and follow ups with the Sellers about their property.
• Arrange and assist in Property viewings.
• Closely monitor the Sales Closing process and act as a liaison with all interested parties including but not limited to, mortgage brokers, surveyors, solicitors, etc.
• Provide consultation to the Clients and assist buyers decide on the property that better matches their needs.
• Aim to maximise sales profits, making sure actions follow local legislation and anti-money laundering framework.
• Negotiate sales offers and ensure that assets are disposed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare status update report on a weekly basis for offers and assigned assets.
• Maintain and continuously update clientele and asset info on data bases.
• Perform regular follow up with Clients, buyers, sellers as applicable.

Requirements:

• University degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
• Ability to develop and implement effective real estate sales strategies 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Commercially oriented with a strong sales and business acumen 
• Proficient in MS Office
