The Opportunity

ΝΑΙRealAct is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the Valuation & Advisory team as a Senior Real Estate Property Valuer / Assistant Manager. This is a key role of our production process, combining specialist skills with day-to-day team and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and review of valuations
• Prepare client presentations and reports
• Build financial models (in Excel and/or other tools) and performing related financial analysis
• Build and maintain relationships with the external network of professionals
• Effectively manage a team of property valuers

Professional Experience and Qualifications

• University Graduate in the area of Real Estate or related fields (e.g. Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Finance / Economics etc.). A postgraduate degree is considered a plus.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Greece or abroad.
• Membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or TEGOVA, and/or in the Certified Valuers' Registry of the Ministry of Finance are strongly desired.
• Strong knowledge of Greek urban planning and building legislation / regulations.
• Solid grasp of financial analysis / financial modelling.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, analytical and organization skills.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language; written, verbal & presentation skills.
