We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual who possesses a deep understanding of prospecting and excels at developing strong business relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming enquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.

• Advise clients on residential real estate opportunities, including villas and apartments.

• Manage the full sales and purchase cycle: client meetings, property viewings, preparation of analytical reports, negotiations, and finalization of commercial terms.

• Utilize and maintain data in the CRM system to track interactions and progress.

• Establish, develop, and maintain long-term business relationships with new and existing clients.

• Continuously grow your professional network to drive business development.

• Organize and conduct inspection tours of properties and facilities.

• Manage agreements with developers, including contract signing and commercial negotiations.

• Represent the company at real estate events, exhibitions, conferences, and advertising campaigns.

• Contribute to the company’s budgeting efforts related to marketing and sales.

• Assist in the development of digital assets, including websites, web-links, and online campaigns; contribute to content creation and article writing.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Higher Education).

• Previous experience in a similar role; Real Estate industry experience is a strong advantage.

• Solid working knowledge of CRM systems.

• Strong communication skills, independence, and a proactive attitude.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.

• Fluent in English (C1); knowledge of Turkish, Arabic, or Russian is a plus.
