As a Senior Quality Control Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products through a range of responsibilities:

• Training and Support: You will provide guidance and support to analysts within the QC department, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Ensuring Conformity: Your role includes reviewing test method results to ensure they conform to specified standards and requirements, contributing to the maintenance of high product quality.
• Analytical Method Expertise: You will be responsible for preparing protocols and reports, executing analytical method transfers, and issuing clear working instructions for the implementation of these methods in the laboratory, ensuring accurate and consistent testing procedures.
• Sample Analysis: Performing sample analysis using a variety of techniques and instruments to assess product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Troubleshooting and Deviation Investigation: Addressing instrumental analysis issues and leading investigations into deviations during the execution of analysis, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and quality standards, including compliance with regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and Quality Assurance, to drive product quality and process improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QC department.
• Technology and Software: Utilizing analytical instruments, software, and tools to support your analytical work.
• Reporting Structure: Reporting to Quality Control Supervisor.

Qualification profile

• University degree preferably in Chemistry, Pharmacy or other health sciences and MSc in Analytical Chemistry
• Three years working experience in analytical laboratory of a pharmaceutical company
• Good knowledge and working experience in HPLC, UV, GC analysis
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Competency in Microsoft Office focused in Excel statistical tool
• Focus on results through cooperation and teamwork
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, keep strict deadlines and problem solving orientation
• Achievement oriented, with analytical capability
