ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, Greece's top defense technology company, is seeking a Health & Safety Expert.
📌 Location: Koropi, [East] Suburbs
📍 Working Model: On - site
🖋️You will be reporting to: Section Manager
What you will do:
As a Health & Safety Expert you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace, supporting operational excellence and regulatory compliance across projects and daily activities.
More specifically:
- Manage Health & Safety activities across the organization
- Implement and monitor ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 management systems
- Train employees on Health & Safety and Environmental matters
- Conduct hazard and risk assessments and define preventive and corrective actions
- Investigate occupational accidents and incidents
- Ensure compliance with waste management regulations
- Conduct internal audits
- Oversee environmental management activities
- Manage environmental licensing and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor/University Degree in Technical Section
- At least 6 years of proven working experience in Health & Safety
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
- Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek
