TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Communications Specialist for our HQ in Athens. The role involves designing and executing communication projects for diverse stakeholders, aiming to enhance our external reputation and internal culture. The role reports directly to the Corporate Communications Manager - Greece.

Main Accountabilities

• Lead, plan, and develop corporate communication projects targeting both external and internal audiences, with the aim of building and protecting a strong corporate reputation for our company.
• Act as a liaison with department managers to implement external and internal communication programs.
• Craft content tailored for various platforms and occasions, including media releases, social media posts, website and intranet content, articles, and more.
• Create/produce multimedia content to support the corporate narrative across various thematic areas, including but not limited to videos, infographics, presentations, websites, newsletters, etc.
• Plan, budget, and oversee both physical and online events.
• Monitor and track information relevant to the company published in the press, check their coherence, and recommend actions as needed.
• Develop ideas for CSR initiatives and synergies with stakeholders at both national and local levels.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or Social Sciences.
• 6+ years of experience in Corporate Communication.
• Proficient digital skills with hands-on experience across various social media platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing diverse communication materials, including videos, infographics, presentations, annual reports, leaflets, media releases, social media posts, and website content.
• Proven capability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, and foster collaborative relationships with colleagues across different levels and specializations.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English (both oral and written).
