PR & Events Manager
We are searching for an enthusiastic candidate with a "can-do" attitude to join the in-house Communications department, reporting to the Communications Manager. His/her purpose is to assist in organizing and hosting events that enhance the company’s’ image, as well as, enhance our brand-to-client experience throughout the communications spectrum
Main Responsibilities:
- Researching and securing venues, brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts in cooperation with Marketing Department/Brand Managers
- Liaising and negotiating quotes and agreements with 3rd party vendors
- Negotiating sponsorship deals
- Handling event logistics in cooperation with 3rd party entities
- Updating senior management. planning and managing company events' calendar
- Handling of necessary budgeting and invoicing procedures
- Handling of post-event reports.
Position Requirements:
- University Degree in public relations/communications/ marketing. A post graduate degree will be considered a plus
- Proven experience of at least 6-8 years as an event manager
- Excellent English & MS office proficiency
- Excellent written & presentation skills
- Project management experience will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of KPI’s and marketing techniques for event management
