The Greek leading Biscuits & Bakery company Ε.J.PAPADOPOULOS S.A. is seeking to employ an experienced, driven & committed:

Shift Supervisor  

to join our Production Team in Athens, reporting to Production Manager.

How you will contribute:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the production in the time frame of the shift
• Ensure that final product meets quality and safety standards
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel and enforce health and safety precautions
• Create daily reports concerning production indicators
• Estimate the amount of necessary resources (time, workforce, raw materials, etc.) and propose corrective and improvement actions related to production processes
• Ensure the faithful observance of the production program with the correct and safe utilization of human resources
• Collaborate with Production Manager to organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines within the shift time frame
• Research constantly innovative methods to apply best practices across the production facility

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or MSc in Food Science & Technology, Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
• A maximum of 2-3 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in food industry
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills (in Greek and in English)
• Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office applications and SAP
• Leadership skills, Team spirit and strong working ethics
• Attention to detail with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work on three different shifts.
• Military Service fulfilled (if applicable)
