Qualifications:

- Bachelor of engineering (mechanical, industrial or equivalent)

- 1 to 3 years of experience

- Good leadership skills

- Excellent motivator and good listener

- Proficient in English language (written and spoken)

- Greek resident

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with maintenance the Preventive maintenance plan, fault lists prioritization, work order request
2. Plan with maintenance team the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule
3. Responsible for filtering the fault list & requesting machinery maintenance
4. Ensure the execution of planned maintenance job
5. Follow up on safety issues in the Plant, Ensure the safety of the workplace by applying OHS requirements
6. Generate safety working instructions for machinery and follow up on implementation
7. Generate improvement ideas in production and machine output
8. Follow up on machine setup times / running speeds, downtime, benchmark with the standards
9. Agree on action plan with the coordination of production manager for improvement
10. Responsible for securing accurate waste reporting system and executing action plan
11. Identifying hidden sources of waste and suggesting ways to cut down on it
12. Coordinate with IPC continuous improvement unit and Undertake projects assigned for continuous improvement through appropriate analysis, exploration and study
13. Coordinate with CSD regarding all tooling repair jobs (dies and clichés) and tracking and following up these repairs
14. Coordinate with Quality Controller for converting section’s compliance to set benchmarks and process control parameters
15. Responsible of revising and securing clean and accurate data collection and to follow up on the update of the production boards
16. Responsible of 5S implementation on the production floor
17. In charge of all housekeeping activities in the production, setting cleaning schedule for machineries and facilities, follow up on the implementation and sustainability of high level of housekeeping.
