Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production plant, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Manage a team of ~ 40 plant employees, coordinating production schedules, quality control and maintenance
• Implement and monitor production KPIs, safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D and quality teams to optimize processes and production methods
• Support the administrative side of the plant, including resource planning, cost management and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent command of Greek & English (verbal & written)
• Prior experience in factory management / technical plant operations, ideally supervising around 40 employees
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control and maintenance processes
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills
