Buyer (m/f/d)

As a Buyer, you will enjoy being part of a procurement team supporting Direct and Indirect Equipment and Services supply for Greece
Also, you will identify and qualify potential new suppliers, as well as evaluate new and existing ones
Furthermore, you will participate in the development of local Souring Strategies and in the adaptation of related Global strategies to your working environment
Moreover, you will prepare and issue Request for Information & Quotation/Proposal (RFI/RFQ) to selected bidders as per Linde strategy, coordinating RFQ/P process and controlling of commercial and technical bid clarifications with all involved stakeholders
Additionally, you will evaluate and negotiate the quotations of bidders and prepare bid analyses & comparison (Total Cost of Ownership) and you will issue recommendation to internal stakeholders
In addition, you will conduct final price negotiation, e-auctions and proceed with Contract development and review
Also, you will control shopping cards (SRM system) and issue purchase order to selected supplier (SAP system) and expedite receipt of order confirmation
Moreover, you will expedite orders, interacting with vendors to assure deliveries are on schedule
Last but not least, you will be involved in digitalization and efficiency initiatives and contribute to Linde productivity targets
