PharOS is currently looking for a well-organized, efficient, dependable Planning & Artwork Specialist to join the team based in the Company’s Headquarters in Metamorfosi, Attica.

The ideal candidate will participate as a member of the Supply Chain team, partner with team colleagues and contribute under the wider scope of the department’s tasks.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare short-term & long-term production and packaging schedules based on the pending orders, the priorities and the forecast provided by customers.
  • Coordinate all the planning activities related to the entire production flow from bulk production to finished products packaging.
  • Manage packaging artworks and the process flow between customers, suppliers, and CMOs.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Regulatory, QA & Purchasing depts. to establish processes and keep all teams informed of progress and needs.
  • Facilitate the completion of BOMs as well as maintenance of various internal databases.
  • Liaising with the QA dept. to confirm that the orders sent to CMOs are in line with the approved dossiers for each client & performing allocation respectively.
  • Oversee production schedule and reconciliation – consumption of materials by updating Microsoft Navision (ERP software).
  • Responsible to generate/control/update/amend Packaging Specification sheets & Change Control documents.

 

Requirements

  • Academic background in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with demonstrated accomplishments in procurement and/or supply chain, ideally within Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Able to understand and manage complexity both from a technical and a people-cultural perspective
  • Able to work under demanding time pressures and constraints
  • Team working spirit
  • PC literacy
  • Excellent English oral communication and writing skills
