 Job Description

  • Domestic and International (mainly) market research for existing and new products and raw materials.
  • Communication with prospective suppliers in Greece and abroad, in the context of the research for the supply of products.
  • Contract agreements fixing with suppliers.
  • Follow up suppliers from the order placement until the delivery of the goods to company warehouse.
  • Collecting and forwarding the necessary documentation and certificates of suppliers and products.
  • Implementation of all the necessary actions for maintaining the stock at desired levels in co-operation with sales team.
  • Generate KPI reports for products and suppliers.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure that all products are received and delivered in proper condition.

 

Necessary qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an organized Procurement Department.
  • Βαchelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent use of PC and MS Office.
  • Familiar with using CRM / ERP software.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and organizing work flow.
  • Availability for travels.

 

Desired qualifications:

Will be considered as addons:

  • Previous experience in a procurement department related to the PPE, health, medical sector.
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language.

 

Job type:

  • Daily commute to our premises (North Attica area)
  • Full contract
