About the Role:

You will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s procurement and commercial operations. You will be responsible for sourcing products/services, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring cost efficiency while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management: Source, negotiate, and procure goods/services to meet organizational needs
  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
  • Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documentation
  • Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and/or other regulations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in purchasing, procurement, or commercial roles in the Shipping Industry and/or Real Estate Management is a plus

Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong Command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with Benefit will be considered an asset
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
