Main Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and technical offers primarily for marine refrigeration and HVAC spare parts

• Handle refrigeration spare parts orders (compressors, mechanical seals, valves, controllers, evaporators, condensers, etc.)

• Communicate with ship technical departments and OEM suppliers regarding refrigeration systems

• Monitor and coordinate logistics and customs procedures for urgent refrigeration spare parts deliveries

• Ensure timely follow-up of refrigeration spare part opportunities before quotation expiry

• Maintain strong commercial relationships with customers and specialized suppliers

• Coordinate closely with procurement, operations and the COOL branch team

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in English (verbal & written)

• Previous experience in marine refrigeration, HVAC systems, compressors or technical spare parts will be considered a strong advantage

• Technical understanding of refrigeration components and marine systems will be considered a plus

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
