This position serves as the primary point of contact between the Supply Chain function and the Sales team, ensuring full visibility of the product portfolio and maintaining optimal service levels.
- Act as the main Supply Chain contact for the largest OT account, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer experience and service levels through proactive engagement and responsiveness.
- Manage scheduling, transportation, and repacking follow-up, including daily coordination with production to ensure availability.
- Monitor weekly customer inventory per SKU and prepare optimized replenishment orders for the Distribution Center.
- Provide full portfolio visibility to the Sales team, ensuring alignment on priorities and supply constraints.
- Adjust orders to optimize truck utilization and influence customer order patterns when necessary.
- Track and monitor customer marketing and promotional plans, ensuring volumes are accurately reflected in forecasts.
- Support customer growth through value-driven proposals that align with financial goals for both PepsiCo and the customer.
- Deliver comprehensive service level reporting, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions for any issues across the portfolio.
Report and analyze key supply chain KPIs including service level, Days on Hand (DOH), fill rate, logistics cost per unit (CPU) per customer, and service satisfaction.
- University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, ideally in customer-facing roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.
- Proven experience in creating, managing, and analyzing Business Intelligence (BI) reports (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
- Strong customer orientation, proactive mindset, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across various levels.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
