Successful candidate’s key responsibilities:

• Responsibility for transportation bookings and costs - direct communication with international transport companies for road, sea, air imports
• Control of the necessary loading documents ensuring that all documents are valid and comply with international trade regulations and company agreements
• Coordination and management of routed imports with international transport companies and warehouse
• Coordination of inspections of orders before loading
• Coordination and management of customs clearance procedures
• Creating and maintaining logistics reporting and records updated
• Continuous search for ways to reduce transport costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management, business administration or related field
• Two (2) to four (4) years of professional experience in a relevant role
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office
• Excellent command of English language
• Experience of ERP software will be considered as a plus
