For our operations in Greece, we are currently looking for a JR Product Manager -Schemes Management with experience in the card business acquiring environment so as to strengthen our Operations Team.



Junior Product Manager Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and management of partnership with international payment schemes, as well as the implementation of specific business initiatives
  • Undertakes the management of projects (e.g. governance and execution of technical-commercial activities)
  • Acts as a focal point for the business unit and for internal and external stakeholders for any new integration activities of the customers
  • Assists in the approval process of commercial initiatives and monitoring of costs and financial plan of assigned projects
  • Defines requirements in agreement with marketing and other relevant departments
  • Undertakes and validates the feasibility analysis, risk and release plan of initiatives
  • Responsible for the go to market approach and execution (for new products/services and/or changes) until the product/service is independently sellable.
  • Assures the product’s quality and timely service delivery to customers and cooperates with the appropriate teams in customer related issues
  • Handles respective projects to adapt field terminals, in terms of technology and mandates
  • Spots products and technologies available on the market to meet the expected requirements and defines the adaptations to the company reality
  • Interacts with vendors, external partners, institutional stakeholders (payment schemes, standardization bodies, regulatory bodies, etc.) to argue, investigate and influence technological and application choices
  • Coordinates product development projects by focusing on technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues
  • Responsible for the lifecycle of the assigned product and its services (content, package, platform)
  • Works with the Customer Experience teams to ensure the product package is consistent with our strategy
  • Works with the Technology teams to ensure the product platform is consistent with our strategy
  • Support business development and sales efforts as required in order to achieve agreed targets for the assigned products/services
  • Performs reviews and benchmarks of the product’s market standing and its service offering in both depth and breadth, in order for the product content to satisfy customer demands and remain competitive in its offering

Scheme Management responsibilities:

  • Assists in the management of the Schemes Mandates (scouting, circularization to structures that have to make the implementations)
  • Relations with international Payment Schemes (management of projects with them, non-compliance ...)
  • License management
  • BIN requests / variations
  • Operational activities with payment schemes (PCI signals, ...)
  • Management of scheme fees



  • Bachelor’s or and Master’s degree in Business, Economics or Technology
  • Previous work experience as a Project, Product or Payment Schemes Manager will be considered a plus
  • Experience in the e-money sector at companies operating in the payments industry
  • Knowledge of payment schemes and related standards;
  • Experience in management and implementation of e-money projects or industrialization and launch of new technological solutions/services on the market;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Italian language will be considered as an asset)
  • Working knowledge of MS office suite of products especially with Excel

  • Ability to act proactively, take initiatives, prioritise and work simultaneously on multiple projects paying attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to cooperate with various stakeholders (colleagues/ clients) on issues and processes that require cross-functional cooperation
  • Effectively participate in projects as a team member or leads projects as an accountable owner, contributing time, skills and knowledge;
  • Results oriented, problem solver able to work under pressure and deliver within set deadlines
