We are looking for a Commercial Software Support (Orders & Billing) to join our high caliber team.
Your Contribution to the Success of the Team
- Handle incoming requests from customers via email and CRM systems.
- Assist customers with general business support related to invoicing, shipping documents, and order processing.
- Support tasks related to data entry, document management, and system updates.
- Ensure proper handling of commercial documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and credit/debit notes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Identify potential improvements in business processes and communicate suggestions to the team.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in an accounting department or in a commercial/retail company.
- Familiarity with invoicing, shipping documents, and basic business operations.
- Basic knowledge or exposure to myDATA platform is considered a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
