The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

Costa Navarino is looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Counsel to join its Legal Services Department, reporting to the General Counsel. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all legal aspects of real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, sales and purchases of real estate, the establishment and lifting of mortgages and rental agreements. The role includes maintaining the company's real estate assets in good legal standing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and monitoring changes in real estate regulations.

Responsibilities

Real Estate Transactions

  • Handle all legal aspects of real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages and property structuring (e.g. vertical/horizontal ownership)
  • Prepare, review and negotiate notarial deeds and private agreements
  • Conduct legal due diligence, including title searches

Real Estate Rentals

  • Draft and manage lease agreements for residential and commercial properties owned or leased by the company
  • Support agreements related to properties owned by third parties and managed by the company

Legal Compliance & Monitoring

  • Maintain the legal status of the company’s real estate assets, including filings with the Land Registry
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor developments in real estate legislation, including regulations related to tourism developments


Requirements

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and admitted to a Greek Bar Association
  • 8–10 years of experience in real estate law (law firm or in-house)
  • Excellent drafting skills and strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools (e.g. AI applications)
  • Ability to provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking full ownership of workload
