Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experinced Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic Payroll Team.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will support and manage the complete payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with all statutory requirements, and continuous improvement of payroll processes.

Requirements

The main tasks may be summarized but are not limited to the following:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing on a monthly basis.
• Ensure effective engagement management by achieving the required targets.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
• Oversee payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits.
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a relevant role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly and cooperate via teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
• Desire to constantly expand knowledge and analyze problems to deliver effective client solutions.
