We are looking for an Account Manager – HCM & Payroll Software Solutions to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients
• Identify client needs and propose suitable HR & Payroll software solutions that deliver business value
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value of HCM & Payroll systems
• Drive new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing)
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding HR and Payroll digital transformation

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, HR, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in Business Software or HR/Payroll solutions
• Strong understanding of HR & Payroll processes and/or relevant software solutions
• Experience in B2B sales and managing enterprise clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business solutions
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
