Job Description:
We are looking for a Program Management Principal to join our team and play a key role in the design, execution, and monitoring of strategic transformation programs. Reporting to the Transformation Office Director, you will drive cross-functional initiatives, ensure governance and delivery excellence, and contribute to the continuous improvement of transformation processes across the organization.

Your role will encompass:

• Support the design and structuring of transformation programs, including initiative portfolios and governance models
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, tracking progress through KPIs and performance dashboards
• Monitor execution and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timelines
• Establish and manage program governance cadence (e.g. weekly meetings, SteerCos), including preparation of materials
• Lead end-to-end execution of projects and initiatives driven by the Transformation Office
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective resource allocation
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and project delivery
• Develop detailed action plans and track implementation progress
• Manage external partners and third parties where applicable
• Drive stakeholder communication, including senior leadership and C-level executives
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and use of technology/ AI tools

What You Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics; Master's degree is a plus
• 4+ years in transformation office, strategy or PMO roles in multinational companies (ideally within the energy and industrial goods space)
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting; experience in transformation programs and large-scale PMO
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) is considered an asset
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and strategic mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
• Team player with the ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams
