We are looking for a Customer Database Manager to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

Are you passionate about turning data into real business opportunities? We’re looking for a Customer Database Manager who will analyze customer data from our CRM system and translate insights into actionable business opportunities.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Analyze customer data from the CRM database to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Generate reports highlighting potential sales opportunities, customer behavior, and market insights
• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making
• Support segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing teams to propose and optimize targeted campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, database management, or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (familiarity with other BI tools is considered a plus)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

• Experience in marketing analytics
• Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards
