We are looking for a motivated Application Support Specialist to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Analyze and manage client support requests related to sales and field operations
- Provide ongoing support for mobile applications and assist clients in resolving system-related issues
- Guide clients on best practices and ensure optimal use of the systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle support requests and ensure high service quality
- Gather and analyze feedback from users and partners to identify issues and suggest improvements
- Work closely with ERP/CRM teams to support and deliver integrated solutions
- Implement and develop new features based on customer requests
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Basic knowledge of PHP and Android Studio
- Ability to analyze business needs and processes
- Excellent command of Greek and English
- Team player with strong analytical thinking and a customer-focused mindset
