We are looking for a Customer Success Agent to join our team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Carry out outgoing call campaigns and obtain customer feedback/responses
- Be a Customer Journey copilot. Aware of all automations and processes to understand where each client stands and what may be needed to progress
- Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
- Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
- Evaluating after-sales and support services customer experience and facilitating improvements
- Communication of inquiries to the company's existing clientele, via telephone, email, social media or chat applications
- Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports from collective results
- Inform customers of processes, tools and identify cross sales opportunities
- Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints
- Analyzes and records the needs of potential customers
- Evaluates partners services to customers via telephone surveys
- Recommend, drive and measure success of digital customer acquisition
- Track progress and customer feedback in CRM
- Maintain and update accurate customer and installations information CRM
- Adhoc support to sales, crossales and renewals callout activities
- Improve customer journey by collaborating with other departments based on customer collective experiences
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Related experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role
- Demonstrate technology awareness and business acumen
- Background / interest in gathering and interpreting customer experience information
- Bachelor’s Degree in Μarketing, communications, advertising, business management, or in a related field preferred
- Analytical skills
- Efficient verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to influence and interact with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc) as well as CRM software
- Advanced organizational and multi-tasking skills
