Partly remoteRole Description
Business Partner of the “go- to- market” organization on behalf of the end-to-end Supply Chain:
- Demand planning and Forecasting delivering the business plan
- Coordinating supply chain operations to ensure product availability and maximum service level at optimum cost
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Demand planning cycle starting from data maintenance & systems support, to issuing sales forecast and long term demand plans (initiator of S&OP).
- Collaboration with NPD, Marketing and Materials Planning teams regarding new launches and transition of SKUs.
- Monitor and take actions to improve Forecast Accuracy KPIs.
- Control & monitor customer demand development vs forecasting.
- Stock availability overview and reporting for finished products.
- Daily monitoring of customers’ orders VS forecast and coordination with Logistics and Customer Service for physical availability and efficient service level per Distribution Center.
- Supply planning, issue of POs and imports coordination for finished goods purchased from external suppliers.
- Coordinate with Production Planning and Procurement to ensure the supply plan serves the demand plan.
- System monitoring and data maintenance of Demand & Supply Planning tools
- Data analysis and reporting. Design and issue reports to monitor KPIs and evaluate supply chain functions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5years of experience in FMCG Supply Chain planning
- Degree in Engineering and/or Supply chain
- Proficient understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain
- Strong analytical skillset coupled with commercial acumen
- Excel expertise and ERP KU experience.
- Cross functional coordination skills.
- Communication and reporting literates
- APICS certification will be considered a strong plus
