We are looking for Technical Application Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Handle incoming customer requests via email and CRM system for the application
• Manage customer requests and resolve technical issues related to the operation of the application
• Support tasks related to system integration with e-shops and data imports.
• Configure and support printing forms and other technical functions of the application
• Identify and report bugs, improvement suggestions, and technical developments of the application
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or graduate of a Technical IEK in IT
• 2–4 years of experience in technical support of applications.
• Familiarity with system integrations, imports, and application configurations
• Good understanding of technical application functionality and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to organize and manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Good knowledge of SoftOne ERP will be considered an asset
