We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Oversee and execute the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with labor and tax regulations
- Process, validate, and reconcile payroll data, including time & attendance, overtime, leaves, and employee records
- Manage statutory payroll obligations, including social security contributions and submission of Analytical Periodic Declarations (APDs)
- Calculate final settlements and compensation packages for resigned or terminated employees in accordance with current legislation
- Handle payroll-related submissions and act as liaison with public authorities (Ergani, SEPE, etc.)
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and manage updates with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support and administer employee benefits programs, including coordination of the company’s health and medical insurance scheme
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive experience (3-5 years) in Payroll roles, with a proven track record of success in implementing and optimizing HR & Payroll software solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, advanced degree or professional certifications preferred
- Excellent knowledge of labor and social security laws
- Proficient user of the Ergani system
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and advancements
