Position Description
Casa Cook Samos is seeking a Bar Manager to lead its bar operations and deliver a refined, creative, and engaging beverage experience. The role includes managing bar staff, maintaining beverage quality, ensuring outstanding service, and supporting the development of innovative cocktail concepts aligned with the brand. This is a full-time, seasonal position.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations and maintain exceptional service standards
- Lead, mentor, and train bar staff, ensuring consistent performance
- Ensure the preparation and presentation of all beverages meets brand expectations
- Develop and implement creative beverage concepts and signature cocktails
- Supervise inventory, stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing requirements
- Maintain strong presence at the bar during peak hours to support the team and engage guests
- Handle guest feedback and ensure personalized interaction
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager on promotions, events, and menu updates
- Monitor quality, efficiency, and cleanliness across the bar environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or relevant field
- Minimum 3–4 years of bar management experience in upscale or lifestyle hotels
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent guest interaction abilities and service mindset
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage fast-paced operations and motivate teams
