We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team and are looking for a dedicated and motivated Marketing Manager to develop and grow our marketing strategies.

š¹ Key Responsibilities
⢠Develop and implement marketing strategies for a group of 5 hotels.
⢠Manage online and offline campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, occupancy, and revenue.
⢠Coordinate the groupās digital presence (website, social media, digital campaigns).
⢠Create, edit, and oversee promotional content across all communication channels.
⢠Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable improvement proposals.
⢠Collaborate closely with the Sales, E-Sales, and Yield & Revenue Management teams.
⢠Coordinate external partners (agencies, media, influencers).
⢠Organize and support events, PR activities, and promotional initiatives.

š¹ Required Qualifications
⢠Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
⢠Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
⢠Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics).
⢠Content creation skills and basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe).
⢠Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
⢠Strong organizational and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
