We are looking for a Office Administrator Officer to join our high-caliber team.

Your Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator Officer to join our Finance & Office Administration team. You will report to the Finance Manager and play a central role in supporting the company’s daily operations, office management, and administrative duties.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Order office supplies and handle purchases for internal company needs.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are equipped and tidy.
  • Support the Finance team with basic accounting entries, document filing, and general assistance.
  • Oversee general day-to-day needs of the office to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Monitor and update leave records, including vacation days and sick leave.
  • Review and verify employee expense reports.
  • Scan, file, and track contract documents, ensuring they are signed by relevant parties.

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or office administrator role
  • Experience in basic bookkeeping or working with accounting systems
