Job Brief
We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our excellent team, based in Aspropyrgos! In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Collaborates and communicates with other departments within the company on issues related to Sales Management
- Acts as the back point of the sales team and updates the management systems (CRM, quotation tools, performance indicators, campaigns etc) daily and produces the corresponding reports
- Composes offers to clients and monitors their progress
- Communicates excellently and effectively with clients
- Prepares and writes reports
- Works effectively for the implementation and achievement of the company's qualitative and quantitative goals
Candidate profile
- Graduate of Business Administration / Economics / Marketing & Sales or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of English language (oral & written)
- Very good knowledge of handling MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)
- Experience using CRM systems will be considered as an additional qualification
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Problem solving ability and result orientation
