Canaves Collection, a leading hospitality company listed among the best hotels in the world, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As the Executive Housekeeping Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all four luxury properties of Canaves Collection. Our contemporary Canaves Ena luxurious Canaves Suites & Spa, elite Sunday Suites, and brand-new Canaves Epitome are all located in the picturesque village of Oia, in the northern part of Santorini Island. Our properties are proud members of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World and are renowned for their outstanding service and breathtaking views.
In addition to managing and leading a dedicated team of housekeeping professionals, you will oversee the implementation of the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotels. You will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and all other spaces are well-maintained and immaculate. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will ensure seamless communication and coordination to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the housekeeping team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure a high level of professionalism and work performance
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and practices to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, while also ensuring the efficient use of resources
- Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping, including the inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate closely with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
- Evaluate and address guest feedback related to housekeeping services promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure an adequate supply of cleaning materials and amenities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- A deep understanding of housekeeping operations and best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in English; additional languages will be considered a plus
