We are looking for a vibrant and fast thinking "Personal Assistant” to be part of our team in North-East Attica.

You have a challenging mission for: playing a critical role in enabling our CEO to operate efficiently and effectively. You’ll be the go-to person for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Support in organizing company events, media appearances, and internal communications.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role is a must.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in Greek and English.
  • Background in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, calendar tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and maintain confidentiality.
