A dynamic company is searching for a new Purchasing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the policy, procedures and instructions of the Central Procurement Office regarding agreements with suppliers.
  • Oversee purchasing operations across all departments to ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the entire purchasing operation to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient purchasing and stock management.
  • Monitor the quality and the prices of products received.
  • Supervise the team and ensure timely ordering, inventory control, and delivery of goods.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and sustainability standards in all procurement practices according to given instructions.
  • Maintain and archive accurate purchasing records, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Support audits and contribute to continuous process improvement.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience
  • Proficient in procurement software
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct
