We are looking for a well-organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Care team, in Piraeus office. As a Customer Service Officer, you will help uphold our service standards and support the efficiency of our shipping activities.

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Handle and coordinate customer queries related to shipments
  • Monitor shipment progress, customer status, and delivery tracking
  • Promote relevant products or services during customer interactions
  • Contact customers and manage/coordinate system modifications when needed (vessel delays, call omits, roll over, cut & run, late VGM etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issue resolution and excellent service
  • Promote digital experience and educate customers to fully move to digital journey
  • Collaborating with other departments and manage communication between Different Teams (Agency, Head-Office, Customers etc.)

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • University degree in Maritime, Business Administration or a related field
  • Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the shipping industry
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A solutions-oriented, proactive team player
  • Solid knowledge of geography (shipping-related)
