A dynamic organization is seeking to hire an HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from strategic planning with leadership teams to seamless onboarding experiences.
• Build strong, responsive partnerships with recruitment agencies to meet evolving staffing needs with agility and precision.
• Embed HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and compliance standards.
• Plan, organize, and execute impactful onboarding and training initiatives.
• Proactively manage and mediate staff issues with discretion, empathy, and efficiency to maintain harmony in the workplace.
• Detect capability gaps and drive training efforts that elevate frontline and supervisory competencies.
• Coordinate and maintain a consistent performance review process that supports growth and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A Master’s degree in HR or Management will be considered a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of similar experience.
• Fluency in both Greek and English
• Empathetic listener and confident mediator, capable of handling sensitive matters with discretion and fairness.
• Solid understanding of labor law, HR compliance, and best practices in recruitment and performance management.
• Passionate about people development, learning, and talent growth.
• Tech-savvy and confident in using HR software and digital tools for recruitment, training, and performance tracking.
