We are looking for an International Business Development Manager

We are now looking to hire an International Business Development Manager, an ambitious and energetic professional, to drive our export strategy, grow our international clientele and maximize global opportunities.

Your day to day will include:

  • Developing and implementing export strategies to expand market reach and increase sales
  • Managing and strengthening relationships with key international clients and partners
  • Acting as the main point of contact for export clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and minimize company risk
  • Conducting market analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for business growth
  • Creating and executing account plans to meet sales targets and strategic goals
  • Supporting the Export Sales team and contributing to the overall expansion strategy
  • Representing Alfa at industry conferences, trade shows and other international sales activities
  • Providing regular reporting and performance updates to the management team

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales (preferably in FMCG or Food sector)
  • Solid understanding of the food industry and exports
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (German will be considered a strong asset)
  • Availability to travel internationally
  • Results driven and self-motivated with passion, energy, and a positive attitude
