Lab Analyst & QC Assistant
The role reports to QC Supervisor, and will be based in Schimatari, Viotia.

What You Will Enjoy Doing:
- Organize and conduct routine analyses and quality checks independently and in compliance with applicable methods, protocols, and regulatory guidelines
- Record accurately the test results/measurements and compare them with the defined specification
- Review Quality Control data and keep the necessary documentation, including results from external laboratories and suppliers
- Archive quality records/retained samples and check for their accuracy
- Design sampling procedures, collect quality data and perform statistical analysis to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Monitor trends and identify problems in the quality of raw materials, semi-finished/finished products, packaging materials, additives and water and inform the quality department, production.
- Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance to the laboratory equipment
- Participate in Hygiene / Quality Audits in the areas of Production, collect the results and inform the organization about it
- Participate in quality cycles, continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in updating current SOPs or conducting new if required
- Advise and provide training to the production teams to improve hygiene, GMP’s and quality controls on production lines
- Record and investigate customer complaints and non-conformities during production or materials’ delivery, and report results with agreed corrective actions
- Record data/process and trend analysis of results in upcoming projects (stability tests, product yield improvement, existing and new product developments)
What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or relevant
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company will be considered as a very strong asset
- Experience in analytical chromatography will be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS- Office environment
- SAP Knowledge will be considered an asset
- Being a team player

- Flexibility to work in 2 shifts (day)
