ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of a well-Known multinational Business Consulting Group, is looking for a leading and dynamic Executive to fill the following position:

Project Manager (Ref 5349/PM/ESS/GR)

Profile

The Project Manager will join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in leading and executing business transformation, cost optimization, projects for company’s clients in Greece and/or abroad. He/She will report to Operations Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project initiation in collaboration with the Operations Director, planning, execution, and closure phases of each project.
Communicate and co-operate with the Top Management of our client companies.
Coach and mentor project team members.
Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
Identify and allocate project resources effectively.
Manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators and report on project status.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Conduct Management Training to the executives of the clients.
Foster strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in business reengineering or consulting.
Fluency in English.
Computer proficiency in MS Office.
Strong understanding of business processes and reengineering concepts.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing client needs.
Willingness to travel, as needed for client engagements.
