Responsibilities:  

More specifically the successfully evaluated candidates will: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery
• Collecting and analyzing data & competition insights
• Participation in all processes of the month-end closing/ Forecast and annual Budget
• Set up automatic models in Ms. Excel
• Support in Finance Department
• Data entry for all transactions when it is necessary
• Monitor the smooth operation of accounting procedures and coordinate the communication within the team to ensure that all information is accessible

Candidate Profile:

• Ideally 1-3 years of experience within the food/ retail industry
• BSc Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Willingness to work in a small/start-up team
• Able to collaborate efficiently and suggest ideas and new ways of working
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively 
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
