CONVIN is an Athens based leading company, which specializes in congress organization, association management, scientific e-publishing, and destination management. Our team is made up of 27 skilled and experienced employees with ongoing evolving in their field of work, through training sessions and introduction to new technologies.

Who will you be working with:

• CEO
• Consultant & Trainer
• Congress Operation Department (Contracting/Hospitality, Scientific/Registration, Sponsorship, Promo & Communication)
• Company Management Team
• Suppliers involved in Projects

 

The ideal candidates should have:

• Degree in Higher Education (relevant to the position you are applying for)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant position (MICE sector)
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Thoroughness and ability to work with all levels of management
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Ability to travel outside Athens
• Desire to learn and adapt to an ever-changing environment
