Operations- Support the Greek authorities by providing technical and content related advice on Asylum and Migration Management Regulation (AMMR) procedures
- Support the Greek authorities with the drafting of SOPs and the development of tools and workflows relevant to the implementation of the AMMR
- Support with the development and implementation of quality assurance mechanisms in areas related to the AMMR
- Comply with the productivity targets
- Draft documents, templates, minutes and reports, as requested
- Participate in internal and external meetings, as requested
- Participate in trainings organised by EUAA or other stakeholders, locally or in other locations, when requested
- Provide to EUAA regular analytical and statistical reports of provided services and challenges
- Be available to participate in missions, as per the operational needs of EUAA
- Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile
