Operations- Work as a member of a team of experts on the processing of applications for international protection, following the relevant detailed GAS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct interviews with applicants for international protection
- Prepare opinions on applications for international protection
- Comply with the productivity targets
- Work under the guidance of the appointed EUAA Team Leader, the EUAA Field Support Office (FSO) and the EUAA Field Coordinator (FC)
- Research country of origin information for the needs of the processed cases
- Keep updated, maintain excellent understanding of and implement all developments in guidance, quality feedback, SOPs
- Perform support tasks for the processing of applications for international protection at first instance, in accordance with the relevant working instructions
- Conduct relocation interviews and draft relocation assessments
- Be available to participate in missions, as per the operational needs of EUAA
- Participate in meetings and trainings organised by EUAA and/or the GAS Asylum Processes & Training Unit
- Participate in meetings with the EUAA Field Coordinator/Field Support Officer and provide respective information
- Provide to EUAA regular analytical and statistical reports of provided services and challenges
- Upon agreement between GAS and EUAA, perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile
