Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Pallini, Athens

Role and Responsibilities:

The Head of Operations is responsible for the end-to-end management of inventory, logistics and order management, with a strong focus on ERP utilization, process efficiency and operational control.

The role is accountable for the performance of Supply Chain, Business Systems and Administrative functions.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, process improvement and ownership of daily operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and forecasting in collaboration with commercial teams
• Own operations and communication with logistic partners
• Monitor and optimize logistic costs (transportation, warehousing, insurance)
• Ensure high data accuracy across ERP and operational processes
• Improve and standardize daily supply chain and order management workflows
• Maximize ERP and Power BI utilization (reporting, process improvement, data structure) in collaboration with ERP partners
• Report to top management on Inventory, Business Systems and Operations KPIs
• Manage and develop teams across Supply Chain, Business Systems and Administration
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Accounting)

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Systems
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Proven experience in order management and operational back-office processes
• MS Office & Power BI knowledge
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Fluency in English
