Kariera.Group Recruitment Services is looking on behalf of its client, Flex Wind, Greece's top tech defense company, for a Forklift Operator based in Chalkida.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience operating forklifts (2.5–4 ton)
• Valid Greek forklift operating licence – mandatory
• B2B registered contractor (freelance or through legal entity)
• Ability to work extended hours (approx. 60 hours/week)
• Availability from Week 37 (TBC) through to Week 50
• Prior experience on wind turbine or construction sites advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift equipment to support logistics and turbine installation
• Safely move heavy loads across site terrain
• Cooperate with site supervisors and technicians
• Ensure equipment handling complies with safety procedures
