Your responsibilities:

• Act as CRM Key User for the Mediterranean market, ensuring data maintenance, compliance, process optimization and training.
• Handle CRM data reporting and support marketing activities with CRM insights.
• Process direct shipment orders and maintain order tracking in CRM.
• Provide operational support for Academy, Marketing, Professional Services and finance teams.
• Assist the Head of Mediterranean Market in customer-oriented processes.
• Manage the ordering and logistics of exhibition materials, tools, and training equipment.
• Oversee inventory management
• Perform various administrative and organizational tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.

Your qualifications:

• Languages: English (C1 level or higher) and Greek (native).
• Previous experience as an assistant; any experience in sales is a plus.
• School graduation, work experience related to position are adequate.
• Strong affinity for IT systems and proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge in tool “Salesforce” is an advantage.
• Proactive, hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• No travelling required
